Payment
A 30% deposit is payable when booking any dates more than 4 weeks away. For dates within 4 weeks 100% is taken at time of booking.
Full payment is needed 4 weeks in advance of booking commencement.
Cancellation (by Hirer) will be charged as follows:
4 weeks or more from date of stay, loss of deposit. Within 4 weeks,there will be no refund. We are however happy to move or amend your booking where we can do so.
Cancellation (by Wold Meadows)
We aim to honour all bookings and ensure your Yurt is available at your
scheduled time and date. However if due to circumstances beyond our control, the Yurt is not available for your hire our liability is limited to giving you a full refund of any monies paid to us, by you. We are not liable for any additional cost you may have incurred i.e. travel costs etc.
Animals/Pets Maxium of 3 dogsfree of chargehowever extra charges may apply for any damage or additional
cleaning. Please bring your own dog bed/blankets/bowls etc.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the Yurts. Smoking in the yurt will result in
additional cleaning and an extra cleaning fee of £50 will be charged.
Noise
We try and run a relaxed quiet site so please be aware that outdoor and
indoor noise/music carries a long way at night. So we would ask all
guests to be considerate to others and our neighbours after 10pm. Under no circumstances may fireworks or Chinese lanterns be used on site
at any time.
Please note we do not have any wi-fi on site!
